Our monthly workshop is Wednesday, October 10th
at the Enfield Senior Center, from 6:30 – 8pm.

The Next Meeting

We will meet Wednesday, October 17th, at HB Stowe School on Post Office Road, doors open at 6:30pm and the meeting will begin at 7:00pm.

Becky Brown will be the guest speaker, Mini Quilt Trunk Show and Lecture. Plus Raffle and Show and Tell.

There are 10 shops participating.
You can sign up at any of the shops, the closest being Quilts and Treasures in East Longmeadow, Mass.

Greater Hartford Quilt Guild Annual Gathering
Workshops are planned for Friday Oct 19.
Admission is $7.00 with advanced registration, $10.00 at the door.
Guests may attend with members for $12.00.
To be held at Bristol Eastern High School,
Bristol, CT.

Here is a poem you might like

Life is like a patchwork quilt and each little patch is a day.
Some patches are rosy, happy and bright, some are dark and gray.
But each little patch as it's fitted in and sewn to keep it together,
Makes a finished block in this life of ours, filled with sun and rainy weather.
So let me work on life's patchwork quilt, through rainy days and sun.
Trusting that when I have finished my block, the Master may say,
"Well done"
