Since 1978 Enfield Quilters has been an organization of people interested in quilts and quilting. Today there are over 50 members in this chapter of The Greater Hartford Quilt Guild (GHQG).
Our membership contains a wide range of quilting skill levels. So, no matter what your skill level is, it will fit in with our friendly group.
Our Purpose
To preserve the tradition, culture, and history of quilting; To promote knowledge and understanding of all aspects of quilting; and To promote good fellowship among persons interested in the art of quilting.
Meetings
Members meet two times a month and guests are always welcomed.
- Informal workshops are held the second Wednesday of the month at the Enfield Senior Center on Elm Street. Here members can work on their projects, group projects, help others, and so on (or sew on).
- A planned program is held the third Wednesday of the month September through June at H.B. Stowe Elementary School from 7pm to 9pm. Programs may include lectures, demonstrations, workshops, and/or socializing activities.

Membership dues are $23.00
